Very good service. There was initially some sound and technical issues. But the staff where quick to address it and even extended our time. Very good singing experience here. Sound system and ambience is great as well. Will definitely visit again

amazing service from the lovely indian girl staff (divani - sorry if i spelled your name wrongly) worked on 24 October 2023 such a bubbly, friendly and welcoming staff, amazing service from her, even willing to help us explain how to use the karaoke tablets. would definitely come again with more people!! 10/10 cute halloween decorations too 🤭 -food wise cant really rate cause we brought in our own food and drinks!

Very good KTV, the room is very clean and the service is very good. I am truly impressed and will definitely come back again. The waitress Fang is also very helpful and help us with all our needs.
